For returns involving refunds, we reserve the right to deduct up to 60% of the product cost as shipping fees. For replacements, the client is required to pay 20% of the product cost in addition to applicable shipping fees.

Please note the following important conditions under our Refund and Return Policy:

Refund requests must be submitted within 12 hours of delivery.
Replacement requests are only valid within 24 hours of delivery.
Any request made after these deadlines will be rejected without exception. These measures ensure a fair and consistent process for all customers.
